We organise classes in promoting knowledge on Tea. There are elementary, intermediate and advanced classes, five lessons for each class. Through these lessons, you receive an insight into the world of Chinese tea and obtain a step-by-step knowledge of the brewing techniques.

We also produce a video “Tea Brewing Techniques”. The first episode deals with “Brewing Strong Tea” and second “Brewing Mild Tea”. The instruction is provided by Tea master, Mr. Chan Kwok Yi who uses his own antique tea ware and demonstrates brewing techniques for all kinds of Chinese tea. The video is interesting and provides a complete guide to the Chinese Tea brewing methods.
